3D Print Materials

Our 3D printer uses photopolymer materials which have a range of properties from rigid to rubber-like, with transparency from glass-like to opaque. Impressively, this technology and materials enable users to create parts using a mix of different material properties. Our system utilises materials (up to 14 different materials in one print job), that can approximate ABS, Polypropylene, opaque and clear plastics, rubbers of various shore values, and also plastics that can tolerate high temperatures. A medical grade plastic is also available and FDA certified for prolonged contact with a patient’s body. For more information, please continue reading.

ABS LIKE

Functional prototypes, molds, snap-fit parts for high or low temperature use, electrical parts, casings, mobile phone casings, engine parts and covers.

VEROCLEAR (Rigid)

Form and fit testing of clear or see-through parts, glass, eyewear, lighting covers and light-cases.

Visualisation of liquid flow.

VEROWHITE (Rigid Opaque)

Durable and strong; provides excellent detail visualisation. Prints accurate, realistic prototypes that test fit, form and function.

TANGO+ (Rubber like)

Surrounds and over-molding, soft-touch coatings and nonslip surfaces, vessels, knobs, grips, pulls, handles, gaskets, seals, hoses, footwear.

ENDUR (Polypropylene Like)

Ideal for flexible closures, living hinges, reusable containers and packaging, household appliances, consumer electronics and automotive parts.

MED610 (Biocompatible)

Ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of more than 30 days and short-term mucosalmembrane contact of up to 24 hours.
